Manpower for Advertising Services Agency Inc., also referred to as MASA Philippines, is a Through–The–Line (TTL) advertising agency that specializes in recruitment, training and deployment of manpower for our clients’ various direct–consumer sales requirements. Established in April 2001, MASA Philippines was created to help businesses target in–store channels, In home sectors and In community activations in order to ensure direct brand and consumer interaction. Other major services we offers includes in–store merchandising and selling, drop box | raffle management, DTI and BFAD permit–taking, events management, brand activations and product demo and pilot testing.
MAX1 Activation Inc.,also referred to as MAX1, is a subsidiary of MASA Philippines. Max 1 Activation is the door–to–door or the selling arm of the principal company. Max 1 Activation target market is focused on Public Market Activations, House to House selling (HTH), Store to Store (Selling) and Point of Market Entry (POME) activations. MAX1 Inc. aims to reach and convert more consumers effectively in a massive manner.
MASA Philippines and Max 1 Activation cater to numerous multinational companies by providing services in different industries. MASA Philippines and Max1 Activation are two of the biggest Below–The–Line (BTL) agencies in the country with clients such as Procter and Gamble, Mondelez Philippines, Microsoft Philippines, Union | Promac appliances, Metrobank Card Corporation, AC Nielsen, Alaska Milk Corporation, American Standard, Matimco Wood, and Globe Telecom.
Both MASA Philippines and Max 1 Activation employ around 9000 contractual employees and over 400 in–house employees utilize our 40 offices nationwide. MASA Philippines is also one of the world’s best; having been listed as a top 75 P&G global supplier or one of the top 6 performing suppliers in the region belonging to the 0.01%. MASA has also received the UP Diliman Dangal ng Bayan Service Excellence Award. Throughout the years, we have worked with the top academic institutions such as the University of the Philippines Diliman, University of Santo Tomas, Ateneo de Manila University and De La Salle University for further research and development.
Today, MASA Philippines is now a member of the Kapisanan ng Broadkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) and is currently working towards receiving accreditation from the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies in the Philippines (AAAAP). MASA Philippines has also been working on receiving our ISO certification in lieu with the completion of the new MASA Philippines and Max 1 Activation 8 storey office by 2018.
